Our go to vanilla
This is a quick and super forgiving recipe.
The standard instructions say to chill for 2 to 4 hours in the fridge before churning in the machine, but I’ve skipped it and it’s still good.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy icecream
3/4 tsp. Or so of Salt
3/4 cups of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract but I honestly use a mix of them I’ll typically use a little standard a little bit on barrel and then some fancy stuff.
Put all of them sugar in a bowl and stir in the milk. Try to dissolve it all. Add the heavy cream and mix it in gently. Then add the salt and extract.
Chill in the fridge for a while or don’t then churn for 20 minutes.
